Safety in Forestry: Compliance team lead Management of Chainsaw Operators Course on Timber Harvesting Site in Scotland

The team at our Stirling office and several staff from Pryor & Rickett recently undertook Euroforest’s Management of Chainsaw Operators course.  The course was led by Simon Wallis, Euroforest’s Compliance Manager, and Mark Tansley, our Compliance Officer, as part of the continual training and education undertaken by Euroforest’s Group of businesses. 

The two-day course involved looking at best practices, followed by demonstrating the different techniques on site and was supported with a bespoke pre-leaning course on Euroforest’s new app-based learning platform.
