Euroforest takes health, safety, and environmental protection extremely seriously, investing heavily in a dedicated Compliance team to deliver industry-leading standards. What began as a single part-time role has grown into five full-time Compliance Officers supported by dedicated administration. To ensure nationwide coverage, the team is strategically positioned across the UK: Paul Medley (Head of Compliance, Head Office), Simon Wallis (Senior Compliance Manager, Central Scotland), Mark Tansley (Southern England), and Daniel Burns (Head Office), Matthew Bone (Northern England/Wales), Sam Stewart (Central Scotland) with support from Wendy Morton at Head Office in Carlisle.

Our Compliance Team promotes a culture of learning and positive reporting, encouraging staff and contractors to log all incidents and near misses. Using digital field-based tools, including the Mitti platform (formerly Safety Culture), we capture accurate records, live site data, and incident reports to generate meaningful insights and drive continuous improvement.
