· Provide timely and professional HR advice and guidance tomanagers and employees on a wide range of employee relations matters.
· Support employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
· Collaborate closely with HR Manager on Company’s long-term people strategy
· Accurately record notes during meetings and prepare detailed formal HR documentation.
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and onboarding activities.
· Manage offboarding processes including exit interviews, final documentation, and ensuring a smooth, positive departure experience for leavers.
· Provide probationary advice and guidance to managers and new hires.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
· Administer and maintain HR systems and databases.
· Manage and maintain the internal intranet site, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
· Compile and distribute a quarterly internal newsletter, sharing updates, news, and employee engagement content.
· Contribute to HR reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement projects.
· Carry out other general HR administrative duties.
· Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
· Significant experience in handling employee relations matters
· CIPD qualified essential
· Proven knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
· Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail.
· High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Proven experience in using HR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

This role is a full-time position, office based, Monday to Friday.
