• Create, edit, schedule and publish engaging social media content, including posts, photography, reels and video.
• Build relationships with colleagues across the business and organise site visits to capture stories, showcase projects and gather original content.
• Keep website content fresh and accurate, including news articles, case studies, photography and routine page updates.
• Support the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events.
• Monitor social media engagement, website performance and enquiries, sharing insights and recommending improvements.
• Work closely with the Marketing Lead to plan content, manage the content calendar and deliver marketing activity in line with business priorities.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation, including managing business social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate specialist information into clear, engaging content for different audiences.
• Experience creating, editing and publishing content across digital channels, with examples of your work to share.
• Experience maintaining website content through a content management system (CMS).
• Experience supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events.
• Proficiency in relevant digital tools and platforms, including Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Procreate, Webflow, Google Analytics and SEO (Seach Engine Optimisation).
• Ability to monitor and interpret social media and website performance data and use insights to improve marketing activity.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain content schedules and meet deadlines.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the confidence to work independently, use initiative and recognise when guidance or approval is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• An interest in forestry, agriculture, land management or the wider rural sector. Relevant sector knowledge and an enthusiasm for working outdoors would be an advantage.
• A full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel
• Competitive salary
• 20 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
• Annual leave increases with length of service
• Pension scheme
