The event was a valuable opportunity to reflect on the past 12 months, celebrate our achievements and look ahead to the future of the business and wider forestry sector. The theme ran throughout the day — recognising the strong foundations we’ve built, the success of our people, and the continued evolution of our services and operations.
We would like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who attended, presented, and played a role in organising and delivering the event. The day was a true team effort, and its success reflects the commitment and enthusiasm of colleagues across the business.
A number of key areas were highlighted throughout the conference, including the continued development of our apprentices and the vital role of mentorship in supporting the next generation of forestry professionals. It was also great to showcase the progress and growth of our Environment division, which continues to go from strength to strength.
We were also delighted to welcome David Hodgson from AW Jenkinson, who joined us for an insightful fireside chat, sharing valuable industry perspectives and experiences.
Group activities throughout the day encouraged collaboration, helping to build communication and confidence between colleagues who may not regularly work together. These sessions were a great reminder of the importance of connection across all areas of the business.
