William Stafford, Euroforest Area Manager for Southeast England added an excellent post to his LinkedIn showing a range of photos he captured on a recent site visit to a hardwood felling site where he demonstrates the broad range of timber and biomass products being harvested for a number of different markets. All on-site volume is being recovered with biomass products sold into Kent Renewable Energy through Euroforest’s exclusive supply contract. This ensures the client receives the highest possible return and the site is returned to the land owner in a safe and tidy condition. On his visit, William said:
“Spent some time today on one of Euroforest's hardwood sites in the South of England producing high quality products for a variety of markets. A tricky operation with high public access, wet conditions, and protected features. Euroforest are helping our client diversify the woodland by removing dead and diseased trees, providing space for new planting, and bringing the current crop onto reach its full potential.”
If you have woodlands in need of attention, please contact your local Euroforest manager who will be happy to arrange a site visit to provide help and advice.
